Would you know what to do if you witnessed evidence of a disability hate incident or crime? Join us on the 4 November 2010 to find out how to prevent and protect disabled people.

The aim of this conference is to look at the impact of hate crime against disabled people and consider its implications for the wider community. The contents are appropriate to public, voluntary and private sector bodies and social housing organisations.

The tragic deaths of Fiona and Frankie Pilkington are the latest cases to highlight the current problems in tackling disability hate crime. 
 
Questions are now being asked how we can all prevent disability hate crime and also protect those at most risk from experiencing it.
 
The conference takes places at St James Park, Newcastle on the 4 November 2010. The cost to attend is £75.00 plus VAT per person.
