Provides NHS Complaints Advocacy from 1st April 2013 in the following areas; Darlington, Durham, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Redcar and Cleveland, South Tyneside, Stockton, Sunderland. The service will support anyone wishing to make a formal complaint regarding an NHS service.
