Female Carer

To assist a young lady in Tynemouth with complex needs to live in her own home and help to improve her quality of life.

You will be required to assist, one to one with the care needs of this friendly and remarkable young lady in a quiet, calm, peaceful and therapeutic environment with all aspects of daily living, (health, personal and domestic care) companionship and some care to her very small friendly dog.

There is a post available between 20-40 hours.  These are split shifts working 5 hrs in the morning and 5 hrs in the evening each day (incl. weekdays, evenings and some weekends on a rolling rota with flexibility for emergency, holiday and sickness cover).  The rate of pay is £10.00 per hour.  These are permanent contracted hours.

Also needed are Bank Staff to work as and when required to cover emergencies, sickness and holidays.  These hours are not contracted and are allocated when available at the same rate of pay.

The right candidate will be committed, reliable and honest with excellent communication skills.  You will be self motivated and patient with a kind, caring, friendly nature.
