Female Personal Assistant (AMS/DP/002/19)

Job Title:                      Female Personal Assistant

Responsible to:          Direct Payment employer

Hours:                          10 hour night shifts (10:00pm-8:00am)

Up to five nights available and can be shared over more than one post.  With each person doing 2 or 3 a week.

Rate of Pay:                 £10 per hour

Location:                     High Heaton

A current support team is expanding and looking for committed and professional Personal Assistants to work as part of a team within the family home.

Nature of the Job

Working alongside another PA through the night, you will provide waking night cover to support a 12 year old girl with complex needs.  This will enable the family to get some much needed sleep.

The role will also include some elements of light domestic tasks.  For example meal prep/ clothes for the next day, light cleaning, ironing etc.

During the night you will be responsible for any repositioning, change of pads and ensuring her safety throughout the night.  It is a waking night and you will be expected to stay awake.
