Female Personal Assistant LR/Ovingham

Female Personal Assistant opening to work with a disabled woman in her 50’s, friendly and welcoming environment with flexible approach to the hours/rota. The role is for personal care & meal preparation around the morning, lunch, and evening slots, with alternate weekends. There are two cats in the home and part of the role would be to support around feeding etc.

Hours available are between 8hrs and 11hrs each week.

Experience preferred but not essential.

Rates of Pay: £9.57 per hour                                                          

Location: Ovingham area

 Main Duties:

To support with basic morning routine, including getting dressed & undressed & showering. Provide support with meal preparation. General support around the house including laundry & changing bedding and feeding cats.

Further Information: An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) will have to be obtained for the successful candidate (at employer’s expense).

Training: Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
