Job title              Personal Assistants x 2

Hours                  12 hours per month, 2-1 support. To be discussed at interview.

Rates of pay      £9.50

Location             Lemington

We are looking for two personal assistants to assist and support our 8 year old son.  He has a complex profile and requires 2-1 support when out and about in the community.

The main purpose of the role is to support our son out in the community and assist him when at home.  You will work alongside us as his parents to build up to taking him out into the community with us, once you know his needs and communication better.

Our son can display challenging behaviour so you must be confident in dealing with this and willing to learn the strategies we use.

He is a happy little boy with a great sense of humour, so if you are enthusiastic, confident, patient and willing to work towards different goals with him then this role could be for you.
