Welfare Benefits

Whether the benefit is ESA (Employment Support Allowance), PIP (Personal Independence Payment), or Universal Credit, our specialist welfare benefits team provides impartial and confidential advice and support.

We can provide one-to-one support through every step of the process, from advising you on what is available, helping you to complete forms (including those online), to representing you at a tribunal. This service is available to residents from the North East.

We also provide a number of workshops for disabled people living in the North of England who require advice and guidance on welfare benefits matters – see Talks and Workshops.
