This is an amazing long-term opportunity to support me to have a full and active life. I am looking for a PA to be truly committed to rights and independence for disabled people. My PA must be willing to support me to do a range of activities in the way I choose.

I am looking for 1 or 2 female PAs to work 12 hours a week mainly between 1pm – 5pm;. The work involves helping with domestic tasks, shopping, household admin and personal care for 4 hours a day over three evenings a week.  A 4-hour evening slot would be from 5pm – 9pm. Flexibility to work additional hours from time to time would be welcomed, in order to cover another PA. As lockdown eases, the work will also involve going out and about to a range of activities and groups.

The wage is £9.00 an hour + 5.6 weeks paid holiday pro rata with an annual increment every April.

You must be a driver with a clean license and your own car.

You need to be:

Tasks will include:

  • General housework
  • Preparing food & cooking
  • Shopping
  • Laundry
  • Personal care
  • Accompanying to a range of activities (swimming, boxing, aikido, surfing to name a few!)
