Personal Assistant – MSYOR

Location: York

Hours: 9 hours per week

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

About the Role:
I’m looking for a friendly, reliable personal assistant to join me for gym sessions three times a week and help make them something to look forward to.

The role is all about helping me get to and from the gym, keeping things organised, and making sure each session runs smoothly. A bit of encouragement and good energy goes a long way — so if you’re someone who enjoys staying active and having a laugh along the way, we’ll get on well.

Outside of the gym, I’m into music, sports, cars, motorbikes, cycling, and mountain biking — so if you share any of those interests, that’s a big bonus!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping me get to and from the gym
  • Supporting me during sessions so everything runs smoothly
  • Giving a bit of motivation (especially on those tougher days!)
  • Helping plan and stay on track with gym routines
  • Joining in with other social or recreational activities

If you’re positive, dependable, and up for being part of a great routine (with a bit of fun thrown in), this could be a good fit.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Punctual, dependable, and supportive
  • Shares an interest in sports, cars, or music (preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of disability support (or willing to learn)

If you think you’d be a great fit for this role, please get in touch!

This vacancy will close as soon as a suitable candidate is appointed.

At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.
