The national emergency is having an impact on the process of claiming disability benefits and appealing decisions. The Government has stipulated that health checks and face-to-face assessment are no longer required. Additionally, the Government is providing a daily summary of the HM Courts and Tribunals Service operational position during the coronavirus pandemic.
