Greeting and welcoming service users and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization. My duties include keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges. Managing a busy switchboard, answering and directing calls to the organization and other tenants in the building. Providing administrative and clerical support and preparing letters and documents. Ordering office supplies and managing digital and hard-copy filing systems.
