💬 About the Role

Are you someone who brings kindness, patience, and curiosity to your work? Do you enjoy supporting young people to grow, explore the world and feel valued, confident, and included? If so, I’d love to meet you.

I’m looking for caring and thoughtful individuals to join our small, friendly team of Personal Assistants. You’ll be supporting my two wonderful young people (aged 17 and 19), who are autistic, have a learning disability and need support with their communication.

They are both warm, funny, and full of personality. Whether it’s getting active, exploring the community, or simply sharing a moment of connection, they thrive when supported by people who truly care and want to have fun with them.

You’ll work alongside me (their Mum) or other experienced PAs, offering 1:1 or 2:1 support depending on the shift.

This is a genuinely rewarding role where you’ll be helping two fantastic young people grow in confidence, develop life skills, and have more independence, choice, and control over how they live their lives.
