We are currently seeking an experienced personal assistant to support a young mum called Amal, who lives in Kingston Park with her husband and 3 young children. One child has a diagnosis of Autism. Amal has a diagnosis of PPPD (a severe form of complexed vertigo type symptoms) and a heart condition that affects her balance, mobility and energy levels.

Amal is looking for someone to support her in the home with tasks that support her to look after her young family. The tasks will include accompanying Amal to enjoy activities within the local community with her family including visits to the local park, walks in the local nature reserve and shopping trips. Amal would love to be able to get back into the kitchen and pick up her bakery skills. You would be required to assist and support Amal in the kitchen to prepare meals for the family and bake if she desired. Amal enjoys reading and writing when she gets the opportunity and is keen to pick these hobbies back up.

Some domestic tasks will be required these will include bed changing and laundry as these tasks are too strenuous for Amal to complete. Some light cleaning duties made be required on occasion to assist Amal to clear and clean up after the children.

This is a busy household with 3 young children so experience of working within this type of environment would be advantageous.

A car driver would be preferred but is not essential.

About Me

I am a 15-year-old young girl with developmental delay and I am partially sighted which is corrected with specialist eye wear. I’m looking for an experienced personal assistant to support me access the local community and enjoy activities of my own choice. I enjoy going to the cinema, coffee dates, shopping and attending my local gym. You would support me to engage in these activities and always ensure my safety. I reside with my mum, dad and siblings and we have an active household.

About me

I am a fiercely independent young lady of 89 years but of late, my physical health has deteriorated and I’m unable to walk unaided.  I’m looking for someone to help me maintain independence in my tidy home which I take great pride in.  As I’m getting older, everyday mobility is becoming slower and more challenging. Practical assistance is needed for cleaning tasks to keep my home in the pristine condition I’ve always been used to.  I’m currently supported by my two daughters and a

personal assistant. During periods of holiday or leave, there may be more caring/personal assistant duties required. I need someone who is willing/able to hoover, dust, wash floors, clean a bathroom and small wc.

I am looking for someone who has experience of supporting older but ‘young at heart’ individuals. Experience as a domestic cleaner with a background in a caring capacity would be ideal.

This assistance is about helping me and my choices, independent living, dignity and pride. My daughters are amazing supporters but both with their own health challenges.
