Support Worker AF/NY

Location: Tadcaster

Hours of work: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm Mondays (6 hours per week)

Rate of pay: £10.42 per hour

 

Job purpose

Hi, my name is Adam, I am a young man with a diagnosis of Epilepsy and Autism who is looking for a kind and supportive support worker/personal assistant.

I am looking for a kind and caring individual to accompany me to activities in Tadcaster and the surrounding area.

The activities I enjoy are playing Darts, Snooker, and bowling, I also enjoy going to watch the latest films at the cinema.

I love WWE and Elvis, I try to visit Memphis every year with my family.

Driver essential, preferably with own car
